Philosophy

Our mission is to help you attain the performance capabilities you need and deserve by providing you with a level of care and professional expertise that is unparalleled. By implementing a program using the critical phases outlined below, we will rebuild your body entirely. Your body will not only move and function better, it will achieve maximum and optimal neuromuscular control, correct any current compensation/injury, as well as reduce the risk of future issues.

PHASE 1: Neurological Optimization

A) Breakdown of Individual Biomechanics

- Complete analysis of joints, muscles, and neurology to asses bodily function and performance

B) Identification of Neuromuscular Compensations & Deficiencies

- Identifying the root cause of the issue and underlying mechanism for the symptom(s) of complaint

C) Correction of Neuromuscular Compensations & Deficiencies

- Treatment of the root cause will result in actual correction of the issue and optimal function will be restored

PHASE 2: Muscle Balancing

A) Implementation of Force on the Nervous System to Produce Results

- Utilizing all appropriate forms of resistance, producing maximal and optimal adaptation throughout the nervous system, increasing threshold and improving overall performance and health

B) Implementation of Force on the Muscle System to Maximize Efficiency

- Loading the muscles that have been weakened due to injury/compensation at appropriate levels to build strength, power, and endurance to maximize total muscle volume performance

C) Continued Education for the Individual to Maintain Ongoing Success

- Without understanding the process that led to the dysfunction or the methods used to correct it, the risk of repeating the dysfunction by utilizing improper tools and methods will continue

PHASE 3: Skill/Sport Specific Training

A) Precise Targeting and Training of Performance Needs

- Utilizing Phase 1 and Phase 2 foundations, it is possible to fully maximize performance to true genetic potential and get everything you can out of your body for your sport or chosen activity

ESSENTIAL NOTE: We aim for real world transfer and application of the exercise/rehab program, if that doesn’t occur then the energy spent exercising is wasted. Our process above allows us to train smarter, with a purpose, to ensure optimal performance. We want you to be educated during the process, we want you to become healthier during the process, and ultimately know you will succeed because of the process.
