Our History:

Sport Specific Training and Performance Enhancement is our specialty.  Our experience and vast knowledge of what athletes need to prepare for the intense physical and mental stress of sport allows us to effectively increase the athlete’s ability to perform to the max.  We have worked on all levels of competition in a variety of sports, including professional athletes, collegiate athletes and programs, and many high school athletes and programs. Our approach is thorough as well as extensive and it shows in our training and in your results. 

The Program:

Designed specifically for the individual athlete and includes all aspects of fitness.  Utilizing our 3 Phased approach every component including the workouts, nutrition, and rest will be addressed and tailored for the athlete’s need.  The workouts will be designed to optimize muscular motor unit recruitment and synchronization in order to maximize force output, explosiveness, endurance, stability, and coordination.  The nutrition component will provide the body with the necessary fuels to physically perform and heal.  Without proper and adequate nutrition, the full potential of the athlete will NOT be realized.  In addition, the rest component of the program is vital. During sleep, essential hormones and nutrients are released if proper supply is available.  Sleep is the time the body has to heal.  Without rest the body cannot survive let alone improve its physical condition.  As you can see the program is extensive, but it is designed to quickly and effectively yield results. 

The Athlete:

Each and every athlete is endlessly different.  Even athletes that play the same position will most certainly have different needs that must be addressed to maximize movement effectiveness for success.  Although the basic requirements of their respective positions may be the same, the methods of training in which each athlete meets and exceeds those requirements can be very different.  It is crucial to identify these needs let that be speed, explosiveness, strength, power, range of motion, etc. and tailor them to the individual. Given time and the proper stimuli the athlete will achieve a greater level of performance.

The Commitment:

Our commitment to the athlete is fully fledged and we ask the same from the athlete. Our job is to give the athlete the tools that, as an individual, are needed to succeed. Every component of the program must be followed in order to achieve the greatest results. Results that, with our methods, are proven to get time and time again. Commit to greatness.
